What is the problem with aluminum sheets in wet weather in summer?

Summer is also known as the rainy season. It is the season when aluminum products such as aluminum sheets, aluminum coils and aluminum strips have water ingress and oxidation. Although there is an classification of alumina sheets in aluminum sheet products, oxidation of alumina sheets and aluminum sheets can be quite different. The difference between oxidation of alumina and aluminum plates:

1. The alumina plate generally refers to: after the acid plate is oxidized by the aluminum plate, a protective film is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate. The general oxide film is silver white. If the customer has special requirements, it can also be oxidized into different colors according to customer requirements.

Oxidation is further divided into: ordinary oxidation, anodization and hard oxidation.

Ordinary oxidation of aluminum plate means that the aluminum plate is cleaned on the surface of the aluminum plate after passing through the acid and alkali flow tank to form a protective film on the surface of the aluminum plate, which is called an oxide film.

Aluminium plate anodizing refers to a process in which an aluminum plate is energized during oxidation after ordinary oxidation.

Then the difference between the anodizing of the aluminum plate and the hard oxidation of the aluminum plate is that the depth of the anodized oxide film is shallow, and the depth of the hard oxide film is called deep.

Second, the oxidation of the aluminum plate generally refers to the same corrosion phenomenon in the part where the aluminum plate or the aluminum coil is connected, and the size and pattern of the corrosion area are the same.

The reasons for this:

1: When the aluminum or aluminum coil is packaged, the temperature is too high. The steam is formed in the package, and the aluminum plate and the aluminum coil are corroded by moisture.

2: The aluminum plate or the aluminum coil is rained, so that the rainwater is poured into the package. Corrosion occurs in aluminum and aluminum coils.

3: Corrosion may occur in aluminum sheets and aluminum coils in environments with high humidity.

How to avoid this kind of phenomenon:

1: After the aluminum plate and aluminum coil are naturally cooled, they are packaged.

2: The aluminum plate and aluminum coil can be cooled by a fan.

3: When packaging, the aluminum plate and aluminum coil are first wrapped with plastic cloth and packed with cardboard.

4: During the transportation of the goods, the driver is told to cover the tarpaulin.

5: In a large environment, put more desiccant in the package. Place the aluminum plate and aluminum coil in a relatively dry environment.
