Five surface treatment methods for aluminum plate

1.Electrophoretic coating

Electrophoresis is one of the most effective methods of painting metal parts. Electrophoretic painting is to immerse a conductive object in a relatively low concentration electrophoretic coating tank diluted with water as an anode (or cathode), and a corresponding cathode (or anode) is disposed in the tank at the two poles. After a period of time when the direct current is turned on, a special coating method is formed on the surface of the object to be coated, which is uniform and fine, and is not dissolved by water. The electrophoretic coating process is accompanied by four chemical and physical changes, namely electrolysis, electrophoresis, electrodeposition, and electroosmosis. This treatment method is currently the most used in Japan. After such treatment, the surface of the aluminum sheet has a smooth side and the corrosion resistance is enhanced.

2. Powder electrostatic spraying

Electrostatic spraying utilizes the principle of a high voltage electrostatic corona electric field. The metal diversion cup on the spray gun head is connected to a high voltage negative power, and the coated workpiece is grounded to form a positive pole. A strong electrostatic field is formed between the spray gun and the workpiece. When the carrier gas (compressed air) sends the powder coating from the powder supply tank to the diversion cup of the spray gun through the powder transfer tube, a dense charge is generated around the powder, and the powder is negatively charged, under the action of electrostatic force and compressed air. The powder is uniformly adsorbed on the workpiece, and is heated and melted (or plasticized) into a uniform, continuous, smooth and smooth coating film. The main feature is the enhanced corrosion resistance of the aluminum sheet. For some acid-base salts, this aluminum sheet is superior to the oxidized coloring profile.

3. Matte treatment

The aluminum plate of the pattern itself is very bright, but in our life, there will be interference highlights in a certain environment. The use of the matte can be a good customer service. Its surface is silky and smooth, and it has received a lot of People like it.

4. Multi-tone surface treatment

The traditional aluminum plate of the traditional color can not meet the needs of some designers. In order to make the aluminum plate work better together, various color treatments have appeared, which makes the color of the aluminum plate more perfect. The most important point is that The effect after polishing and oxidation is required to be optimal.

5. Plasma enhanced electrochemical surface ceramization

This is the advanced science and technology that has been used. The quality of the aluminum plate after this treatment is excellent, although the cost is higher, but one penny is worth the goods. The most important thing is that this aluminum plate can also carry out a series of coloring.
