Ingots. The process includes the main processes of batching, smelting, casting, soaking and other major processes to form ingots with certain chemical composition and dimensions. The prepared raw materials are smelted in a gas furnace or an electric furnace. The smelted melt is passed through a stationary furnace and flows. The troughs, flow plates, and filters are then cooled in the crystallizer and cooled by water to form ingots of a certain shape. In order to ensure that the surface of the cast ingots is smooth, magnetic casting or hot top casting methods are used for multi-mode (multi-mold) casting. Ingot soaking is to homogenize the metallographic structure in the as-cast state and dissolve the main strengthening phase. The soaking is performed in the soaking furnace. The soaking increases the plasticity of the ingot, which helps to increase the extrusion speed and extend the extrusion time. Press die life, improve the surface quality of extruded profiles.

Extrusion molding is performed on an automatic production line consisting of ingot heating, extrusion, cooling, tension leveling, sawing, etc. The equipment on the production line includes an induction heating furnace, an extrusion machine, a discharge table, and a discharge conveyor. , Aluminum alloy profile lifting transfer device, cooling bed, tension leveler, storage table, traction machine, sawing machine, etc. The heating temperature of the ingot is generally controlled at 400 °C ~ 520 °C, the temperature is too high or too low will have a direct impact 

Extrusion. Extruders generally use a single-acting hydraulic press. The tonnage of the extruder is between 1,200 tons and 2,500 tons. The size of the extruder barrel diameter varies with the size of the tonnage of the extruder, and the tonnage of the extruder is large. The diameter of the barrel is also large. The diameter of the barrel is generally in the range of 150mm~300mm. The working temperature of the extrusion tool is 360°C~460°C, and the extrusion speed is 20m/min~80m/min. The extrusion tool mainly includes the die. Extrusion die According to the structural characteristics, it can be divided into flat die, split die, tongue die and splitting die. The production of aluminum alloy door and window profiles uses multiple flat die and splitting die. The material discharge table receives the extruded profiles from the extruder and transitions the profiles. To the discharge table. The discharge table is mostly a bar transport model, which The speed of the strip is synchronized with the extrusion speed. The cooling bed is mostly a walking beam type. A considerable number of fans are installed below to ensure uniform cooling of the profile and the profile temperature is lower than 70°C before straightening. Heat treatment. Through different quenching and aging regimes, the aluminum alloy profiles obtain the necessary mechanical properties.

Surface treatment. The surface treatment can enhance the aesthetic appearance of the profile and prolong the service life of the aluminum alloy profile. The surface treatment of the aluminum alloy profile can also be carried out by a coloring treatment, which can be obtained by a natural oxidation coloring method, an electrolytic coloring method, and a dip coloring method.
